Understanding HVHZ fields without overgeneralizing

HVHZ can appear at different scopes
A source may classify a file, describe a product line, or state a configuration-specific use. Those are not automatically the same claim. A family-level badge should not be created from one configuration or a broad search filter.
Impact and HVHZ are separate fields
An HVHZ classification does not by itself establish impact resistance for every item. Impact classifications, test evidence, glazing, shutters, and installation limits require their own source-backed claims.
Use cautious display language
Show the exact source-native value, its scope, and a citation. If the record links a document but the technical field has not been reviewed, say official document linked; field not extracted.
- Identify claim scope.
- Keep HVHZ and outside-HVHZ fields separate.
- Keep impact separate.
- Cite the exact page or source row.
- Do not infer project eligibility.
