Report a data issue

Identify the exact record, field, and official evidence. During local validation this tool creates a JSON packet on your device; it does not send data to an external service.

Minimal-data local flow

No name, email, address, or project details are requested or transmitted. A future server form should add CSRF protection, per-IP cost controls, a honeypot, duplicate detection, and retention limits.

How corrections are reviewed

  1. Confirm the official record URL and source-native value.
  2. Classify the change as metadata, status, date, document, configuration, or critical technical.
  3. Require human review for critical technical and status changes.
  4. Publish an audit trail without changing the raw source snapshot.
